Please note that a signature is option for receiving deliveries (and may occur an additional fee). If goods are lost or damaged in transit, please contact us within 7 business days.
We will use this delivery information to make a claim against our courier company. We will offer you a choice for a replacement or a full refund, once we have received confirmation from our courier company that delivery was not successful.
